ReFresh Toner is a Cooling, Calming, and Hydrating toner perfect for all skin types. Great for after the gym to freshen up.
A toner is necessary to rebalance the pH of the skin, and prepare it for the next step, and can act as a buffering agent before you apply harsh products. (serums, medications, treatment gels). For my clients it allows me to get them on a stronger regimen of treatment serums/gels for their acne without the dryness that would normally be associated. (does that make sense?).
