There are no children allowed under the age of 12 in the studio unless they are the client. This is not the environment where children can be themselves and explore. Anyone under the age of 18 starting the Acne Program must come to the Initial Consultation with a Parent or Guardian.
Rescheduling/ Cancellations/ No Shows
The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use. when appointments are missed, or cancelled without sufficient notice, I am unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business.
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: Everyone is off the "hook" the first time, there will be no charge, doesn't matter why. After that, everyone is charged, no matter the reason. I don't need to know why.
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged $50.00. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. After 3 no shows, then it is apparent that you do not value nor respect my time and we will need to part ways,(regardless even if the no show fee was paid).
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Product Returns/ Exchanges
Client safety and product integrity is important to me, therefore the following policy is strictly followed. It is my pleasure to provide you with a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase if the product remains sealed, unopened, and unused, with receipt. Opened products are considered to be contaminated and will not be eligible for refund or return.
Client Duty to Inform
Successful Service execution requires full disclosure on client intake forms and during all pre-service consultations. Saving Face Skinspa and Acne Clinic, LLC and Wendy Tamara, and Wendy Christman, LE personally will not assume responsibility for any adverse reactions to services rendered when a client/ guest has failed to inform the clinic/ Esthetician of contraindication conditions/ medications.

Q: Do I have to book my appointments online?
A: You may call or email as well. However, please note that we are closed on Mondays. Also it may be several hours until I can get back to you, as I do not check the phone or email while I am working with clients. There is no "front desk" at this location. There is a "Client Portal" where you can see your scheduled appointment, schedule appointments, see previous purchases and see credits or balances on account. You can also view product purchases as well. In the near future you will be able to see photos, and my treatment notes. Q: I'm here for my appointment, Where do I go?
A: Please arrive on time and have a seat in the lobby area. I will come get you when I have completed my client before you and have cleaned the room. Please do not knock on my door, as the client before you could still be enjoying their service. The exception would be if my door is open, then by all means, please come on in!
Q: Do you take Walk- in's?
A: No, all services are by appointment only.
Q: I am out of my cleanser/moisturizer/favorite product. Can I stop in and buy one?
A: I highly recommend booking an appointment for product purchase. (It just allows me the time needed with you). You will find this option on my online booking site. You can NOT pop in or knock on the door to purchase products while I am with a client. You can purchase your items on the website, right here, and pick them up the following day....
