Studio Policies

The policies below are put in place to make things flow as efficiently as possible, create an atmosphere of calmness and keep the cohesive operation of the studio.  If you have any questions or need clarification, please send us an email or call us at 360-943-1700.

Children

There are no children allowed under the age of 12 in the studio unless they are the client. This is not the environment where children can be themselves and explore. Anyone under the age of 18 starting the Acne Program must come to the Initial Consultation with a Parent or Guardian.

Rescheduling/ Cancellations/ No Shows

The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use. when appointments are missed, or cancelled without sufficient notice, we are unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business. 

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: Everyone is off the “hook” the first time, there will be no charge, doesn’t matter why.  After that, everyone is charged, no matter the reason. I don’t need to know why.

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged $50.00. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. After 3 no shows, then it is apparent that you do not value nor respect your estheticians time and we will need to part ways,(regardless even if the no show fee was paid).

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Product Returns/ Exchanges

Client safety and product integrity is important to us, therefore the following policy is strictly followed. It is our pleasure to provide you with a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase if the product remains sealed, unopened, and unused, with receipt. Opened products are considered to be contaminated and will not be eligible for refund or return. 

Client Duty to Inform

Successful Service execution requires full disclosure on client intake forms and during all pre-service consultations. Saving Face Skinspa and Acne Clinic, LLC and Wendy Tamara, and Wendy Christman, LE personally will not assume responsibility for any adverse reactions to services rendered when a client/ guest has failed to inform the clinic/ Esthetician of contraindication conditions/ medications. 

 

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I have to book my appointments online?

A: Of course not! You can call our office during business hours and someone can book it for you 360-943-1700. You may also prefer to email us at frontdesk@savingfaceskinspa.com, just note that appointments are harder to make this way as there is a lag in communication and appointments slots that are told to you will not be held, so there is a chance that it could be taken by the time you respond. 

Q: I’m here for my appointment, Where do I go?

A: Please arrive on time and let the front desk know that you have arrived. They will give you any necessary forms to complete for your selected service for that day. Then you may get a glass of water and have a seat by the fireplace until it is time for your appointment. Wendy will come at get you herself to begin your service.

Q: Do you take Walk- in’s?

A: No, all services are by appointment only. The only exception is for makeup… you can come in anytime during normal business hours for a makeup color match. (just note that there might be a little wait if the front desk is helping other clients).

Q: I am out of my cleanser/moisturizer/favorite product. Can I stop in and buy one?

A: Absolutely! Just come by anytime from 9-6 Tuesday- Friday. If you want us to have your order ready for you… you can order and pay online, and pickup anytime as it will be packed and ready for your arrival. Or you can also call ahead and we can have it ready for you as well. 360-943-1700
